Emma Ruff is a multidisciplinary artist using paper, encaustic, fiber work, and writing as a part of her studio practice. Keeping a consistent theme of light hues and floral accents; Emma's overall practice works with themes of identity and self reflection.
Born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada she moved to the state of Maine in 2011 to pursue and complete her BFA at the University of Maine.
She now resides and creates within her studio/apartment in Boston, Massachusetts.
In February 2018 she founded the independent publication THE PAPER NAPKIN which released it’s first issue November 2018.
